Endorsed by Pacific Energy Ministers, we partner with utilities and ministries to drive this vital change

Despite recent progress, women remain significantly underrepresented in the Pacific’s energy workforce. This gap is most pronounced in technical fields, which currently account for over 60% of the total workforce across energy utilities.
